Robert James Gronkowski ( born May 14, 1989 in Amherst, New York) is an American professional American football player at the position of tight ends. He plays for the New England Patriots in the National Football League ( NFL). Gronkowski holds on its position, the NFL season records for most touchdowns caught (17) and the largest gain of space ( 1,327 yards).
Gronkowski was selected in the NFL Draft in 2010 by the Patriots 42nd place. Under coach Bill Belichick he made in his rookie season at first made it into the starting line- by quarterback Tom Brady: " Gronk " caught 42 passes for 546 yards and ten touchdowns space gain.
