Robert Colbert
Robert Lewis Colbert ( born July 26, 1931 in Long Beach, California) is an American actor.
Life
Colbert began his acting career in the late 1950s with small supporting roles without mention in the credits. He then played until the mid- 1960s, mainly in Western series, among other things, he had some guest appearances as the brother of James Garner and cousin of Roger Moore in the series Maverick. Between 1960 and 1964 he had a recurring role in 77 Sunset Strip next to it. In 1965 he was cast in a starring role in the science fiction series The Time Tunnel. The series but was dismissed after only one season with 30 episodes despite an Emmy Award and competitive odds. Between 1973 and 1982, he starred in the soap opera Young and the Restless the character of Stuart Brooks.
