Trivia

For the horror comedy " Tremors - In the Land of Tremors " Robert Folk was asked shortly before the theatrical release, complete replacement of the score by the composer Ernest Troost, as the producers of the film with his work were not satisfied - Folk had for his symphonic substitute score ( the heard, particularly in the second half of the film is ) but in just five days time and could therefore replace only half of the music of Troost, the other half of his scores can be heard in the movie still.

Robert Folks name you are looking for in the credits of the film now but to no avail. In an interview he said: " ... the reason is that Troost had a contract, who granted him that if any of his music in the film would find use his name was to call in any case in the credits. It is something else when, for example, Jerry Goldsmith would have been the original composer, then you would certainly have shared the nomination. But when a composer without reputation I have decided that my name should better not be mentioned together with his. Everyone here in Hollywood knows this story. "
