The Archdiocese of Crotone - Santa Severina (Latin: Sanctae Archidioecesis crotonensis - Severinae, Italian: Arcidiocesi di Crotone - Santa Severina ) is a located in Italy Roman Catholic archdiocese based in Crotone.

History

The Archdiocese of Crotone - Santa Severina was built in the 6th century as the Diocese of Crotone. It was the archbishopric of Reggio Calabria is a suffragan. The seminary of the diocese of Crotone was built in 1664.

Since December 21, 1973, the diocese and the Archdiocese of Santa Severina Crotone were administered in personal union. On 30 September 1986 the diocese of Crotone was annexed by the Congregation for Bishops with the decree Instantibus votis the Archdiocese of Santa Severina. The Archdiocese of Crotone - Santa Severina was placed under the Archdiocese of Catanzaro - Squillace suffragan on 30 January 2001.
