The Diocese of La Ceiba (Latin: Dioecesis Ceibensis ) is a location in Honduras Roman Catholic diocese based in La Ceiba.

History

The Diocese of La Ceiba was 30 December 2011 by Pope Benedict XVI. built out of territory of the Diocese of San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, the Archdiocese is a suffragan. First bishop was Michael Lenihan OFM.

The Diocese of La Ceiba Atlantida includes the departments and Islas de la Bahía.
