Roman Catholic Diocese of Limeira
The Diocese of Limeira (Latin: Dioecesis Limeirensis ) is a located in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Limeira in the state of São Paulo.
History
The Diocese of Limeira was posted on April 29, 1976 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Apostolic Constitution En superna animarum out of territory of the Archdiocese of Campinas and Piracicaba of the diocese and the Archdiocese of Campinas is a suffragan. The Diocese of Limeira announced on December 23, 1997 from parts of its territory to the founding of the Diocese of Amparo.
