Roman Catholic Diocese of Malaybalay

The Diocese of Malaybalay (Latin: Dioecesis Malaibalaiensis ) is a location in the Philippines Roman Catholic diocese based in Malaybalay City.

History

The Diocese of Malaybalay was posted on April 25, 1969 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Apostolic Constitution Ut commodis of cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro as Territorialprälatur Malaybalay. The Territorialprälatur Malaybalay was the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro assumed as suffragan. On 15 November 1982, the Territorialprälatur Malaybalay was elevated by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Cum Decessores to the diocese.

The Diocese of Malaybalay Bukidnon province and includes the municipality of Wao in Lanao del Sur province.
