Ruhr.2010

RUHR.2010 - European Capital of Culture was the name of the project, the Ruhr in 2010 to present as a European Capital of Culture. Application phase

For the title of European Capital of Culture 2010, originally applied for 16 German cities. Representing the Ruhr region of Essen was chosen for the title. Projects
