Runnymede (TTC)

Runnymede is an underground subway station in Toronto. It lies on the Bloor- Danforth line of the Toronto Subway, at the intersection of Bloor Street and Runnymede Road. The station has side platforms, is used daily by an average of 15,900 passengers (2009 /10).

Nearby is the shopping district Bloor West Village. East of the station, the route runs for a short distance above ground. It offers connecting flights to three bus lines. The opening of the station on 10 May 1968 together with the section Keele - Islington.
