Russian Hockey Second League
The Wtoraja League ( лига Вторая Russian, German First Division) was in the years 1996 to 2009, the fourth highest Hockey League in Russia and 1970-1992, the third- highest division of the Soviet Union. 2009 Wtoraja League was replaced by the Russian Ice Hockey Regional Championship, which allow the Perwaja League and League Wtoraja replaced.
