Ryan Bailey ( born April 13, 1989 in Portland, Oregon) is an American sprinter. His personal best of 9.88 s makes it the seventh- fastest 100-meter runners in the United States.

Life and career

Bailey first drew attention to himself in 2007 when he won the Oregon State Championships over 100 meters and 200 meters, and shortly thereafter came to the finish of the 200 - meter distance in second at the Nike Outdoor Championships.
