San Vicente (Ilocos Sur)
San Vicente is a municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur Philippine and is located on the South China Sea. In just 11.9 sq km area in 2010 lived 11,720 people, resulting in a population density of 985 inhabitants per km ². The flat terrain is crossed also by Bantaoay River.
San Vicente is divided into the following seven barangays:

- Bayubay Sur
- Lubong
- Poblacion
- Pudoc
- San Sebastian
