Santa Cruz (Ilocos Sur)

Santa Cruz is a town in the province of Ilocos Sur Philippine and is located on the South China Sea. In 2010, she counted 37 911 inhabitants. The terrain is mountainous in the interior and on the coast is very flat. A large part of the population lives on rice cultivation.
