Santo Domingo (Ilocos Sur)

Santo Domingo is a town in the province of Ilocos Sur Philippine and is located on the South China Sea. In 2010, the 58.2 km ² area counted 27 596 inhabitants, resulting in a population density of 474 inhabitants per km ². The terrain is mostly very flat, rising only in the extreme east of the Cordillera due to strong. Most of the inhabitants live on agriculture and fishing. In the town is the Environmental Research and Training Center of the University of Northern Philippines located.
