Sigay, Ilocos Sur
Sigay is a town in the Philippine Ilocos Sur. The terrain is very mountainous and difficult to manage. Most of the inhabitants live on rice, tobacco and coffee cultivation. The area is crossed by Quinibor River and the Ida River.
