Serge Payer

Serge Payer ( born May 9, 1979 in Rockland, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played for Vålerenga Ishockey from the GET ligaen.

Career

Payer began his career in 1995 with the Kitchener Rangers in the Canadian Junior Football League OHL, where he played for five years. In the summer of 2000, joined the Center, although he was never selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the National Hockey League for the Florida Panthers. There played the 1.80 m wide links contactors for both the Panthers in the NHL, as well as for their farm team, the Louisville Panthers, in the American Hockey League. Total Payer graduated 43 NHL games in which he was able to achieve six points scorer. In the following two years, the Canadians went for the Utah Grizzlies and the San Antonio Rampage on the ice, before becoming a free agent with the Ottawa Senators in 2003. The Senators of the attacker was only used in five games and played mainly for their farm team, the Binghamton Senators.

More career stations Payers were finally again the Florida Panthers and the Ottawa Senators in 2006. Season For 2007/08 the Payer Houston Aeros joined, for whom he scored 33 points scorer in 61 games. In summer 2008, the leaders of the Krefeld Penguins were aware of the striker and committed him to the season 2008 /09. After this had its accrual of contract not renewed in the summer of 2010, the striker was initially without a club. In January 2011, Payer received a contract until the end of the season 2010/11 at Vålerenga Ishockey from the GET ligaen.
