Sergio Volpi

Sergio Volpi ( born February 2, 1974 in Orzinuovi ) is an Italian footballer who is since July 2010 Piacenza Calcio under contract.

Career

Sergio Volpi began his professional career at Brescia Calcio. There, he could not initially prevail and was awarded for the season 1994/95 the then third division Carrarese Calcio. He could win a regular place in the club, but remained in 23 games in Serie C1 without scoring. After his return to Brescia Calcio, the midfielder earned the now relegated to Serie B club a regular place and posted on November 12, 1995 with a 2-1 defeat in the away game against AC Ancona his first goal in a professional league.
