Skarbimierzyce

SKARBIMIERZYCE ( German rafter field ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the rural community Dobra ( Daber ) in the powiat Policki ( Pölitzer circle)

Geographical location

SKARBIMIERZYCE located in the eastern Pomerania, about 7 km southeast of the village of Dobra ( Daber ), 15 km southwest of the city Police ( Pölitz ) and 5 kilometers west of Szczecin.

History

Sparr field was mentioned as early as 1243 in two of the Pomeranian Duke Barnim I issued Bewidmungsurkunden. The village with a Vorwerk was formerly a fief of the Wussow family. After it had other owners, it was sold in 1754 to a member of Ramin family. After another change of ownership had taken place, the estate in 1862 was sold to the tenant farmers Mueller, who leased it to his brother.

The village rafter field later became a district of the village of New Churches of Pomerania in the district of Stettin Pomerania. It belonged to the district of New Churches; the competent district office was located in Szczecin. On 15 October 1939, was incorporated by the city of Stettin, in which it remained until 1945.

After the end of World War II rafter field was renamed Polish and SKARBIMIERZYCE.

Religion

The population before 1945 present in Sparr field belonged to a large Mahrheit the Protestant denomination. The Protestants belonged to the evangelical parish New churches, the Catholics to the Catholic parish of Stettin.

Traffic

The town is located on the regional road 10 ( Droga Krajowa 10) at the border crossing left / Lubieszyn ( New Left ) as a continuation of the federal highway 104 ( former National Highway 104, also: Hanseatic Baltic Street ) begins and runs through the center of Szczecin.

Attractions

On the field at Mark Rafter field the former lords of the manor had a vest as black granite obelisk as a memorial stone in honor of Kaiser Wilhelm I. erect. In the presence of the district administrator Heinrich von Manteuffel, the monument was unveiled on November 8, 1888. The base, red-brown granite wore on its front the dedicatory inscription:
