Slovak Footballer of the Year

With the title Slovak footballer of the year the best Slovak footballer is honored.

The first title holder since the separation of Czechoslovakia in 1993 was Peter Dubovský. Record title holder is equipped with four nominations Martin Škrtel. The election was organized by the newspaper Pravda.
