Sofia Ledarp

Sofia Marianne Ledarp ( born April 8, 1974 in Hägersten, Stockholm ) is a Swedish actress.

Life and career

Sofia Ledarp studied for four years at the Theatre Academy in Luleå, which she successfully completed in 2000. She then embarked upon a career as a theater actress. It was shown, among others at the Stockholm Boulevardteatern, Orionteatern, the Municipal Theatre and the Royal Dramatic Theatre, where she flickor in classic productions such as Schiller's Mary Stuart (2000) and August Strindberg's Master Olof (2007), as well as contemporary Swedish substances such Jösses, återkomsten (2006) acted.

In addition to her work in the theater took over from 2004 Ledarp roles in Swedish television productions. In 2006 she celebrated her feature film debut with a supporting role in the comedy drama Varannan vecka (2006). After the success of To Love Someone was Ledarp 2008 ensemble cast of football television series Häxdansen and the TV miniseries Oskyldigt dömd in which they acted, among other things alongside such well-known fellow actors like Maria Langhammer, Livia Millhagen, Mikael Persbrandt or Helena af Sandeberg. In 2009 she took over in the film adaptations of Stieg Larsson's crime novels blindness, condemnation and forgiveness with Michael Nyqvist and Noomi Rapace, the recurring role of the journalist Malin Erikson. In 2011 she played the female lead role in the Swedish thriller försvunnen.
