At the same time Sölllandl separates the limestone Alps of Pölven and the Wilder Kaiser mountain in the north of the slate mountains of the greywacke zone, here the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Salve in the far west. The Weißache which rises south of Ellmau, drains the central part of the Sölllandls, bends just before Soll, accompanied by the Eiberg road, then north to the Inn back from. In the westernmost part of the Luecher stream flows until it opens above Wörgl in the Brixentaler Ache. The Reither Ache, coming from the south and fed by Goinger Hausbach that pulls down from the Wochenbrunner Alp, then flows to St. Johann to Großache back into Leukental.
