South Bucks

South Bucks is a District in the county of Buckinghamshire in England, on the east by Greater London. Council is based in Denham; significant sights are Beaconsfield, Burnham, Gerrards Cross and Iver.

The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of the Urban District Beaconsfield and part of Eton Rural District. By 1980, the District Beaconsfield District was called but was then renamed in South Bucks (although South Buckinghamshire would actually be correct).
