Starlink Aviation
Starlink Aviation is a Canadian charter and business aviation company headquartered at Pierre- Elliott - Trudeau International Airport, Montreal.
History
The airline was founded in 1981 under the name Avionair. At first it was a small charter company with light twin -engined aircraft and a 5,000 m² hangar. Meanwhile, the plant comprises 88,000 m². In 1999, a " Managed Aircraft Program " was introduced and developed in the following year, the existing hangar and expanded to include office space. In 2002 the company was renamed " Starlink Aviation ". Since 2003, the airline serves with their " corporate shuttle program " the distance between Montreal and Bagotville in Quebec. In 2005 she was accredited as a fixed -base operator ( FBO) and led the first scheduled service with an Embraer 120 turboprop one. In 2007, the " Managed Aircraft program " was further expanded and in 2008 set up a service center for Hawker Beechcraft jets. 2010 was added another Authorized Service Center ( ASC) for the Embraer Phenom series aircraft. The first major space operations began in 2013 with the Boeing 737.
