Tahua Municipality

The municipality Tahua is a district in the Potosí Department in the highlands of South American Andes State of Bolivia.

The municipality Tahua is one of two Municipalities in the province of Daniel Campos and covers about 90 percent from the eastern part of the Salar de Uyuni. It is bordered to the west by the municipality of Llica, to the south by the province of Nor Lípez, on the east by the province Antonio Quijarro, and to the north by the department of Oruro.
