The team Gourmetfein Simplon is an Austrian cycling team in the Upper Austrian town of Wels. Sponsor and namesake is fine gourmet liver cheese manufacturers.

The team was founded in 2004 under the name Cycling Club - Resch & Frisch eybl catfish. Since 2005, she has a UCI Continental Team license as to which it is mainly engaged in the race the UCI Europe Tour. Manager is Christian Pömer, which is supported by the team managers Andreas Grossek and Hansjörg Gollmann. The team is equipped with bikes of the brand Simplon.
