Test Valley
Test Valley is a local government district with the status of a borough in the county of Hampshire in England, which is named after the valley of the River Test. Council is based in Andover; significant sights are Ampfield, Amport, Charlton, North Baddesley, Romsey, Thruxton and Wellow.
The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of the boroughs of Andover and Romsey, and the Rural Districts Andover and Romsey and Stockbridge.
