Thal Abergel

Thal Abergel ( born October 13, 1982 in Haifa ) is a French chess master.

With an Elo rating of 2413 (as of September 2013) it is on the 70th place of the French Elo ranking. His previous highest Elo rating was 2547 in March 2010. He then 14th the French Elo ranking.

In 2000 he became French champion in blitz chess. In 2003, he won the championship of Paris. Abergel is since October 2003 International Master and Grandmaster since June 2008. He was trained, among others, by Artur Kogan.

In the Chess League, he plays for the SC Four home.
