To Rococo Rot

To Rococo Rot is a post - rock trio from Berlin, which in 1995 by Stefan Schneider (bass, at the time even when Kreidler ) and brothers Ronald ( vocals, drums, samples) and Robert ( electric guitar, samples) Lippok was founded.

The band's name is a palindrome, that is, it can be read both forwards and backwards.

History

The debut album. Cd was released in 1996 by the Berlin indie pop / electro label Kitty -Yo. Already in 1997, followed the next album, Veiculo, with which the band moved to Berlin City Slang label. Ronald Lippok is also active with Tarwater, also since 1995.
