Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur
Tukuran is a Philippine municipality in the province of Zamboanga del Sur on the island of Mindanao. It has 37,883 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 25 barangays.
The community is located about 25 km east from the center of the provincial capital of Pagadian City and is on the Maharlika Highway by bus in 40 to 45 minutes away. In Barangay Militar is one of the historical tourist attractions of Tukuran, The Fort, a 18th century Spanish fortress built in the building. In Barangay Baclar the Eco -Parc and the Busay Falls lie.
