Túlio Maravilha

Tulio Humberto Pereira da Costa or short Tulio ( born June 2, 1969 in Goiânia ) is a Brazilian footballer. The striker has been active since 1987 in professional football. He is regarded as a migrant bird through its many changing clubs.

Career

Association

Tulio played for numerous clubs in his native Brazil. His career began in 1987 at the striker Goiás Esporte Clube. With these he was able in 1989, 1990 and 1991, winning the state championship Goiás three times in succession. In 1992, he ventured first step abroad and signed with Swiss club FC Sion, then reigning Swiss champion. But soon he returned to Brazil to go for various teams for goals and to gain title. Among his greatest successes in the coming years will be winning the Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol 1995 with Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas and the Recopa Sudamericana success with Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte. 2-0 and 3-0 return match success Tulio was indeed in the squad but did not play. 2002 the striker ventured again to move to Europe and signed with the Hungarian club Újpest Budapest, with whom he won the Hungarian Cup.
