Tune in Tomorrow (Tune in Tomorrow ... ) is an American comedy film directed by Jon Amiel from the year 1990. William Boyd wrote the screenplay based on the novel Aunt Julia and the Scriptwriter by Mario Vargas Llosa.
Action
The action takes place in New Orleans in 1951. Loader Martin gets a job at the radio station WXBU. He falls in love with his aunt Julia, who is much older than he, and after her second divorce from New York City has returned.
Loader colleague Pedro Carmichael, who works for the station as a screenwriter, learns of the love relationship. He uses the mitbekommenen details in his scripts a daily soap opera broadcast. The family learns about the affair, Julia finds another lover.
Reviews
The magazine Cinema wrote that the film was " serene moments," but lacked " the pep ". Peter Falk WOULD " silly ".

Jon Amiel won the Audience Award and the Critics' Prize of the Deauville Film Festival in 1990.
