Ushtobe
Üschtöbe ( Kazakh Үштөбе ( three hills ), Russian Уштобе / Uschtobe ) is a city in southeastern Kazakhstan.
Geographical Location
The city lies on the Turksib 49 km north-west of the regional center Taldyqorghan in Almaty area.
Population
Üschtöbe has 21 957 inhabitants (2008 ).
History
The place was in 1961 granted town rights.
