Vahl-lès-Faulquemont

Vahl -les- Faulquemont ( German until 1915 Vahlen since elections, Lorraine choice) is a commune located with 246 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region, about 35 km east of Metz.

The place was heavily destroyed during the Thirty Years' War, and was appointed in 1766 to France.

1871-1918 belonged to Vahl -les- Faulquemont temporarily again to the German Empire, at that time it had a lot more inhabitants (1910: . 288 Ew).
