Volmar Wikström

Wolmar " Volmari " Valdemar Wikström (* December 27 1889 in Parga, † 10 June 1957, Helsinki) was a Finnish wrestler. He wrestled mostly in the Greco-Roman style, at the Summer Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, however, he wrestled freestyle and was behind Russell Vis from the United States second.

Finnish Championships

In Greco-Roman style was Volmari Vikström 1914 champion and 1915 and 1918 runner-up. In Freestyle Wrestling, he was runner-up in 1923, a year later, however, he was in front of Arvo Haavisto and Yrjö Finnish champion.
