Waverley is located in Inner Sydney on the Pacific coast about 6 km east of the city center. The area includes 24 districts of Ben Buckler, Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Bondi North, Bondi South, Bronte, Bronte Beach, Charing Cross, Dover Heights, Lugar Brae, Mill Hill, Queens Park, Tamarama, Tamarama Bay, Waverley, Waverley East, Waverley South and parts of Centennial Park, Diamond Bay, Rose Bay, Rose Bay North, Vaucluse and Vaucluse Heights. The administrative headquarters of the council is located in Bondi Junction neighborhood on the western edge of the LGA.

Management

Waverley Council has twelve members who are elected by the residents of the four Wards ( three each from Hunter, Bondi, Waverley and Lawson Ward). These four districts are set independently of the villages. From the circle of Councillor also the Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council recruited.
