Welcome to Sky Valley is the third album released in 1994 (if you're already in 1990 published EP Sons of Kyuss not considered) of the American stoner rock band Kyuss. It is known songs such as gardenia or Demon Cleaner as one of the most typical stoner- rock albums.
A characteristic feature of the album is the rough, very deep sound of down tuned guitar of Josh Homme. His psychedelic, rhythmic style mixed with the virtuoso playing of the new bassist Scott Reeder, who replaced Nick Oliveri, defined the sound of Kyuss new.
The album was released in the U.S. with only 4 tracks, one of which is the hidden track Lick Doo. It appears as a concept album, as there are 3 separate sections, but each consist of 3 (or 4) individual songs. Welcome to Sky Valley appeared in Europe but partly also with 10 titles.
