Wendell & Vinnie is an American sitcom that aired for the first time on 16 February 2013 the United States on Nickelodeon. The main roles are played by Jerry Trainor of iCarly and Buddy Handleson from Shake It Up - Dancing is everything.
Action
The 30 -year-old Vinnie Bassett takes over the guardianship of his 12 - year-old nephew Wendell after his parents died. After an accident, Wendell must this go to the hospital, after Vinnie's sister Wilma, who would like to have for themselves the custody of Wendell, reports it to the youth welfare office. During an inspection, it is decided that Wendell is allowed to stay with his uncle. Because of his special hobbies Wendell is very unpopular with his classmates, but Vinnie is trying to change that.

On August 2, 2012 Nick at Nite ordered a 20 episodes comprehensive first season of the series, but this was aired on Nickelodeon from 16 February 2013. The first episode had 2.34 million viewers and was the most-watched cable production of the day. After the series was taken off the schedule after 14 episodes broadcast in June 2013, mid- August 2013 it was decided to discontinue the series. The remaining six episodes were aired from 18 August to 22 September 2013.
