Life

Werner Suter Master attended high school church field in Bern. He studied history, German and philosophy at Basel, Bern and Leipzig. In 1891 he made ​​the secondary teaching certificate. In 1894 he received his doctorate with a thesis on Metternich and Switzerland from 1840 to 1848.
