William Steinkraus

William Clark Steinkraus ( born October 12, 1925 in Cleveland) was an American show jumping. He won among others in the 1950s to the 1970s several medals at the Olympics. His greatest achievement was winning the individual gold medal at the games in Mexico in 1968.

Steinkraus is widowed, his wife died on 11 April 2012. Both had been married since 1960.
