WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs (short WWE TLC ) is a major event in WWE. It exists since 2009 and has since been held annually in December and broadcast as a pay -per-view live. At least one each of the scheduled matches is recognized as tables, ladders, chairs or TLC match.
History
Originally, the eponymous Matchart was at SummerSlam 2000 introduced by the WWE to continue a feud to the WWF Tag Team Champion title between the Tag Teams Dudley Boys, Hardy Boyz and Edge & Christian. Tables, Ladders & Chairs introduced after a Fanabstimmung on wwe.com as a substitute for Armageddon: After some TLC matches the pay -per-view WWE TLC.
