Yannick Alléno
Yannick Alléno (December 6, 1968 in Puteaux ) is a French chef who is awarded since 2007 with the highest rating of three stars in the Michelin Guide.
Life
Alléno was born in Puteaux near Paris in a cooking family. As a child he helped his mother in the kitchen.
1999 Alléno placed on the second rank of the cooking world championship Bocuse d'Or, in 2003 before he was the head chef of the restaurant at Hôtel Le Meurice in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, and thus superior to a 74 -member team. Under his leadership, the restaurant kitchen is rated first two Michelin stars, which followed the highest rating of three stars in 2007.
