Zemianska Olča

Zemianska Olca ( until 1927 slovak " Zemianska OCA "; Hungarian Nemesócsa - older even Nemesolcsa ) is a village and municipality in the administrative district Komárno in Nitriansky kraj in southwestern Slovakia.

First mentioned in writing the place was in 1264 (as Oucha ); he was since then until 1918 the county Komárom as the seat of a chair district administration a part of the Kingdom of Hungary. Afterwards the place came to the newly created Czechoslovakia and Slovakia since 1993, but the First Vienna Award a part of Hungary was due in the meantime from 1938 to 1945 again.

The village, with a Hungarian population (2001 almost 90 % ) has a public library, as well as a soccer field and sports hall.
