Žumberk

Žumberk ( German Schumberg, older, protective castle ) is a Městys with 230 inhabitants in the Pardubice Region (Czech Republic). It lies on the slope of the red-colored Schumberger granite mountains, which is produced here in the quarries.

History

In 2007, the city received the status back as Městys.
