2010–11 Bundesliga

The Bundesliga 2010/11 was the 48th season of the German top flight in men's football. On the 32nd of 34 matchdays Borussia Dortmund secured the championship.

The season began on 20 August 2010 at a home game of the reigning champions FC Bayern Munich vs VfL Wolfsburg ( 2-1) and ended on May 14, 2011, the 34th and final day. Simultaneously with the elite class of the DFL also launched the 2nd Bundesliga in the season 2010/11. Just four weeks before the first match was played in the 3rd league from 23 to 25 July 2010. The first FSV Mainz 05 moved with seven wins in a row since start of the season the most successful "Start Teams " on. Borussia Dortmund won the German football championship in the 2010/11 season for the seventh time.
