Dudeștii Vechi

Dudeştii Vechi (also besenova Veche, besenova -Mare, Bejenari, Altbeschenowa German, Bulgarian Стар Бешенов / Star Beshenov, Banat Bulgarian StAR Bišnov, Hungarian Újbesenyő, Nagybesenyő or Bottalütőbesenyő ) is a municipality in Timiş county in Romania. The place is mostly populated by Banat Bulgarians or Palćene; a regional Bulgarian minority with predominantly Roman Catholic faith. Culture and Religion

The school in Dudeştii Vechi was built in 1745 by the Bulgarian settlers with the help of the Roman Catholic Church.
