Polatsk Raion

The Rajon Polotsk ( Belarusian Полацкі раён; Russian Полоцкий район ) is an administrative unit in the Wizebskaja Woblasz in Belarus with the administrative center in the city of Polotsk. The Rajon has an area of ​​3140 km ² and comprises 405 villages.

Geography

The Rajon Polotsk is located in the northern part of the Wizebskaja Woblasz. The Nachbarrajone are in the north Rasony, in the east Haradok, in the southeast Shumilina, in the south Uschatschy, southwest Hlybokaje, to the west and northwest Miory Werchnjadswinsk.
