The Ruta 10, also called Las Residentas, is a highway in Paraguay. The road is an east -west route through the eastern part of the country, from the Villa del Rosario to Salto del Guairá, near the border with Brazil. The road is 326 km long.

Street Description

The RN10 begins in the town of Villa del Rosario on the Rio Paraguay. The road runs east through the savannah. To Itacurubí del Rosario one of the only bypass roads in Paraguay is built. Then you reached the small town of San Estanislao, where you cross the Ruta 8 3 and the Ruta. The RN10 is approximately 35 km south, then continue to the northeast. The road runs east and ends in the city of Salto del Guairá. A side road continues to the border of Brazil, which is a compound with the BR -163.

History

The RN10 is traditionally a minor east-west route in the area. From 2001-2003, the route was paved in some places, today it is paved for the entire length. Around 2011, built a ring road around Itacurubí del Rosario, one of the first workarounds in Paraguay.
