1944–45 Primeira Divisão
The Primeira Divisão 1944/45, was the eleventh season of the Portuguese top football men. The league was operating during the Second World War continues uninterrupted, because Portugal declared itself to be neutral.
The league title secured for the sixth time Benfica.
Participant
Until 1948, the teams were eligible, have qualified through regional tournaments. Promotion and relegation was introduced afterwards.
This season, ten teams participated. With a newbie, namely the GD Estoril Praia.
