1962–63 EPHL season

The season 1962/63 was the fourth and final regular season of the Eastern Professional Hockey League. The four teams completed in the regular season per 72 encounters. The Eastern Professional Hockey League was played in a division. The point of best team in the regular season were the Kingston Frontenacs, who also prevailed in the finals to the Tom Foley Memorial Trophy.

Team changes

The following changes were made before the season:

  • The Kitchener- Waterloo Beavers stopped the game operation.
  • The North Bay Trappers stopped the game operation.
  • The Sault Ste. Marie Thunderbirds have been to Syracuse, New York, moved and changed their name to Syracuse Braves.
  • The Syracuse Braves have been to St. Louis, Missouri, relocated on 1 January 1963 changed its name to St. Louis Braves.
