1972 European Badminton Championships

The 3rd Badminton Championship was held in Karlskrona (Sweden) between 14 April and 16 April in 1972 and was hosted by the European Badminton Union and the Svenska Badmintonförbundet. It was until 1990 the only participation of East German badminton players at a European Championship. Monika animals was in single and fifth in doubles with Anne Marie Judge Ninth. Anne Marie Richter was also in the single ninth.
